filipino traveling to macau then dubai for vacation

me and my sister,both filipino, wants to visit macau. I am in dubai she is in the philippines. we want to meet in macau then i'll bring her with me in dubai. Does we need a visa to macau? and Won't there be any problem if she exits from macau to dubai rather than going to philippines?
