Transport between airports, Shanghai Hongqiao and Pudong

I am arriving at Pudong Airport from London at 9 am on Friday , I need to get Hongqiao domestic airport to take a flight that leave at 12.50 to Shantou . Please can you confirm if I will have enough time and the quickest way to get from Airport to Airport . thank you
