Unfortunately, this is not possible to accomplish. When you exit mainland China toward Macau your single entry visa becomes expired and it cannot be used any more. Also, you should be aware that a Chinese visa does not allow you to enter Macau because Macau has separate immigration policy/rules compared to mainland China. So, if you have a Macau visa along with a Chinese visa, you can do that, however, here we come to another problem. Using 24 hour visa free transit would be a solution, but here the problem is that there are not flights between Macau and Guangzhou and you cannot use any other option to reach Guangzhou from Macau beside flying. The solution would be a flight from Hong Kong to Guangzhou in order to connect to your flight from Guangzhou to Bangladesh, but here again you need a visa to enter Hong Kong. To conclude, you should definitely give up on this idea with only one alternative possible and that one would be to fly first to Macau (if you obtain a valid Macau visa) and then use that single entry Chinese visa to enter China, to explore the areas you have planned to do and then to fly from Guangzhou to Bangladesh. I'm sorry for bringing you these not favorable news, but it is much better that you know the reality than to find yourself in a delicate situation. In any case, I wish you a nice stay in China.
