About:Shanghai Transportation by Air

During international transit do I need visa to change from Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Airport?

I am traveling from New Delhi to Tokyo via Shanghai where I need to change flights from different airports.

If your transit will be within 24h, you just need to apply for a stay permit from Chinese embassy in advance. In this case, no visa is needed. If you will stay for over 24h, I'm afraid you have to apply for a transit visa.
