Taiwan weather

i am going to taiwan at 19-26/12/13 (hualian,taitung,kaoshiong,taichung,taipei,taoyuan)The oder is correct. We will start the journey from huanlian until the last day taoyuan. Is there cold?
What should i bring?

The average temperature in that island is around 15 to 20C in Dec if you do not need the rainy day or cold air.
it is suggested to take the T-shirt, jeans, thin sweaters and a thick coat. Rainy gear is necessary for traveling there.
