About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Status NULL + Back and Forth traveling package: RB549387425CN and RB796743770CN

Both these packages gave me status "Null" when I tracked them and now they are taking forever to arrive, it's been more than 60 days and the seller keeps extending the delivery date...
After tracking here it seems they are going back and forth between Hangzhou and Beijing / Shenzhen and Beijing
Please can someone help me understand what's happening?

RB549387425CN It is so strange that this one seems to be posted back to the starting point. Maybe someything wrong happens during delivery and it will be sent back to the sender. I was in the same status. If so, you have to ask the sender to post it again!

RB796743770CN This one is in normal status. On Nov. 26, it seemed to have departed from outward of exchange office in Beijing. By now, it should be close to the destination. Don't worry!
