Yes, the 330 bus is still in operation from the Hualian Building to the new terminal but now this line is called airport shuttle bus line 1.The line one operates from 05:00 to 21:00 from Qiaoshe Bus Station near Luohu Border, but during the period from 05:00 to 08:00, the bus starts from Hualian Building. If I remember correctly the busses come every half an hr in the morning. It took around 35 mins, maybe a tad longer, but I left around 5am. The bus station is just off the main road near the Hualian Building and you can buy your ticket at the kiosk there :) Hope that helps!
