Transit in Shanghai Pudong airport

Hello
I'm from Denmark, and I'm going to the Philippines in January. On my way I'm going to make a short stop in SH, for 69 hours. So I should be able to do it without a visa. But does any of you know how I get this transit permit? I'm flying with Cathay pacific from Denmark to Shanghai, but from SH to Cebu with Philippine airlines.
And what if Philippine airlines suddenly changes my flight so may stay in SH ends up more 72 hours?

You can inform Cathay pacific about your transit need and leave them with your information so that they can have it emailed to the airport in advance. The free transit permit can be issued upon arrival with your passport, confirmed ticket and hotel reservation if any. But if case the stopover will exceed 72 hours, you need to apply for a Chinese transit G visa in advance.
