What the best time go to Taiwan on next year December ?

Hi, I want to know if I go on December 2014 , what the right time we should go? Any events or promotion of the sales ?

It is suggested to go around the Dec 25 to have your Christmas Holiday on the island. Many shopping malls will have discounts then and will hold different kinds of activities.
