How to apply tourist visa to Macau for Taiwan passport holder working in Malaysia?

You can't apply for a visa but you can enter PRC with a special travel permit for Taiwan residents. If you don't have it, you should go to the Chinese embassy in Malaysia to apply for the travel document (another certificate) in person.
