5 days and six nights in Taiwan

I will be in Taipei this Dec 8 to 12, will this 6 days be enough to visit that area, sun moon lake and Aowanda?
Will maple leaves be at its peak in this month?

Yes, the maple leaves will turn red in December.
6 days are enough for your traveling.
