From the ferry terminal, you can walk to reach the Kun Iam Statue first and then walk back to the ferry terminal to take the bus line 32 to reach the Tower. From the Tower, you can take the bus line 26 to reach the A-ma Temple.
From the Temple, you can take the bus 15A to reach the St. Paul Ruins directly. Then you can walk along the Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro to reach the Senado Square.
Hope these information can help you.
