Is december a good month to visit taiwan?

Planning to visit taiwan in 21-26 dec... is it too cold? or alright temperature?

Yes, it is a good time to visit there, but it is suggested to prepare the rain gear during your traveling. It may rain a lot during that time. The average temperature is around 15 to 20C for Taipei and it is a little bit higher for the south part.
