About:China Visa on Arrival

I am from Philippines, going in hongkong & macau on dec 12 to 17 will stay in hongkong.

My Question is Where trying to get a tour package in hongkong then it include the Shenzhen tour compulsory mean we have to go there as well, Am not sure if we need a visa in advance couse the agency mention is it is a group one so i dont know what does it means. I hope anyone could help me in my queries.

Yes, you need one to visit Shenzhen. It's ok if you can apply for it successfully in your own country in advance. If you want to have private travel in Shenzhen, I think you should apply one separately. The group type requires that all members have to stick together.
