travel from beijing to xiamen by train

hello and respect
i am ali from iran
as i want come to china for fair in the xiamen (CMEF 3-6 NOV 2013) but i can come to beijing by air from iran and next i must travel beijing to xiamen by train please guide me the all of schedule about train travel on this way .please guide me about faster and express train for this matter
