ReplyI am afraid that you can't. The National Day Holiday is from October 1 to 7. The embassy will be closed during the holiday. Counting on the normal processing time, it takes about four days. Thus, you will collect it on October 10. If you are in a hurry, you may choose the rush service (submitting before 11:00 in the morning and collecting it in the afternoon).00Reply
