About:Changsha Railway Station

I plan to take a taxi from HKIA to Dorsett Kwun Tong Hotel. My arrival time is around 1.30pm

Should I take the red one? What is the average travel time and how much does the trip cost? Thank you.

Yes, the red taxi can be used. The taxi fare shall be 265HKD or a little more and it takes 30-40min.
