I need a China Police Certificate.

As part of my requirement of a new job at the Government department, I need a Criminal Clearance. I lived in Shanghai the last 2 years and returned to Perth 7 months ago. Now I need a Police Certificate for the 2 yrs that I lived in Shanghai. How do I go about getting this Police Certificate?
