Do we need Transit visa to travel from Pu dong to Hongqiao in Shanghai?

I have a ticket to Daegu (South Korea). I have connecting flights that will stop at SH for 9 hours. I have to change the airports from Pu Dong to Hongqiao...Please let me know if I would need a transit visa for the same. I have no intention of sight seeing etc.
I have an Indian passport and a South Korean visa.
