About:Ta'er Monastery

I am an Amercan on a trip business in Manila. I suddenly need a visa for a business trip to Shangha

Can I get it in Manila? Can I get it in Hong Kong? Can I get it when I arrive in Shanghai?

Hi, it is possible for you to do it in Hong Kong. May I know how long will you stay in Shnaghai, if less than 72 hours, you may try to make Shanghai visit as a transit from Manila to US so that you can use the 72 hour free transit policy.
