About:Hong Kong MTR - East Rail Line

which bus should I catch from Futian border crossing to the Empire Hotel Hennessy street Wan Chai?

Actually, MTR can be more convenient and faster than bus. After crossing the Futian border, walk to Lok Ma Chau Station to take East Rail line to transfer to Kwun Tong Line at Kowloon Tong Station to reach Yau Ma Tei Station, where transfer to Tsuen Wan Line to Admiralty Station. Get out from Exit F and you can easily walk to your hotel.
