Age restrictions on Z visa and Foreign Expert Certification

I have been teaching English in Shanghai since 2007. In February, 2013 I turned 60. Will I still be able to work as a foreign expert / English teacher in Shanghai beginning next semester (September, 2013). I have heard that new regulations have come into effect.
Where should I look for a definitive answer to this question?

Hi, the upper limit is 60. But don't worry too much , because I noticed that many teachers here are in their 60s, especially in universities. Maybe it helps if your employer can provide a letter to the PSB to say that you are in good health and popular among students.
