does someone knows which agencies in helsinki offer to deliverpick up the chinese

Question

My partner and me are travelling in July and as the opening time of the Chinese embassy is during our office hours I wonder if someone could please recommend reliable turist agencies located in Helsinki city centre (preferably close to Stockman)  which offer to deliver and pick up application for me and my partner? As I do not speak Finnish I do not immediately see any Google results on my related search. Thank you

Chinese embassy has stopped accepting mail application since March 10, 2009. If you can not come to process it in person, you can entrust someone, travel agencies to submit your application on your behalf.
