1st family vacation of 4 to HK

Generally, the hotel near the two major attractions are expendsive. As you will spend several days in HK, considering all, I suggest you stay in a hotel near Tsim Sha Tsui. In or near Chungking Mansion in this area, you will find many hotel with affordable price.

As for your itinerary, here is my suggestion:
June 7: Go and check in your hotel in the first place. Then go to Wong Tai Sin Temple. Kowloon Park can be followed. After that, you can visit Avenue of Stars, Ladies' Street.
June 8: It is suggested to visit Ngong Ping 360 as well as the Giant Buddha in the morning. Afterwards, Disneyland Resort is suggested to have fun, especially for your kids.
June 9: Ocean Park comes first this day. Then you can go to the peak, where you shall visit Madame Tussauds and the Peak Tower. At night, you can go down and enjoy the Symphony of Lights at Victoria Bay.
June 10: Central and Causeway Bay are recommended for you this day. You can enjoy yourselves by sightseeing the surrounding attractions and visiting shopping malls as well as tasting the local food or snacks.

Hi, B P International Hotel is a good option. It is around 3min walking distance to Jordan MTR Station and provides Airport Shuttle Service, which costs 110HKD per person.
The Vela Hotel is near the Time Square and convenient for shopping. And it is convenient to reach Ocean Park. But it is a little far from MTR station by walking.
Hi, comparatively, I recommend B P International Hotel more. Just for reference!

Another query ms. ruby a suggestion butt in regarding a hotel Panda Hotel & Imperial Hotel. is is true that Panda Hotel is too far? Others said Oriental Lander Hotel & Evergreen Hotel but when I check in agoda it is only for 2 adult is this true?

A friend suggest Kings Hotel? Isn't it small for a family of 4 like us? Are these newly suggested hotel are affordable, accesible?

for me my choice of hotel are the B P International Hotel, The Vela Hotel you already gave an idea for that 2 hotel, what about Imperial Palace Hotel?

Preferably, if i book online will there be no problem with that? what about booking a hotel in a travel agency? we didn't get the tour package cause they said that it's not enjoyable all are in a hurry.

Yes, the Panda Hotel is far and the Imperial Hotel is in Tsim Sha Tsui area.
As far as I know, the Oriental Lander Hotel and Evergreen Hotels are not only for 2 adults.
The King Hotel does not have rooms for four people.
I think the Imperial Hotel is good and you can pick either from B P International Hotel and Imperial Palace Hotel.
It is no need to book through a travel agency and it is suggested to book online.

What do you prefer for us is it wisely as a frend give an idea to stay in hongkong in a vacation apartment like discovery bay etc... Etc which is also near the central area?

The Oriental Lander Hotel is around 5-10min walking distance from Prince Edward MTR Station, so it can be fine to stay there..

Eevergreen Hotel is comparatively cheap with others you mentioned and it is near Jordan MTR Station.

But neither of the hotels have rooms for four people and the three-people rooms cannot add a bed. So you may need two rooms.

Do you mean Auberge Discovery Bay? It is near Disneyland Resort actually and can be reached within 25 minutes via a high-speed ferry.
