I have a 7:20 am flight with SpringAirlines departing from Hongqiao Terminal 2. What options by bus?

I will be taking a taxi from Moganshan to Hangzhou but can't seem to find a way to Hongqiao without another large taxi charge. The time of the flight seems to be an issue. Would appreciate any suggestions.
