You are exempted from visa to HK and Shenzhen. And for Macao, you can get it on arrival.

In which arrival should I get it for Macao? May I know how much does it cost? Thank You

You can get it upon arrival at the Immigration counter of the airport, as I remember, it is MOP$100.
