I don't think so, It would be hot and sweltering. Its lowest temperature would be about 24C and the highest temperature would be about 32C or a little higher. As it will start to come into typhoon season, it may rain a lot. Anyway, if you wish to travel then, take along summer clothes and rainy coat and you can still enjoy yourself.
