72 hr visa free in Beijing

my friends and i are traveling from florida to PEK on april 13th but our flight dosent arrive until april 15 5 am..our next destination is manila, philippines on april 17 8pm.are ok to use the 72 hour visa free option.

also is there a place in the airport where we can leave extra baggage so we have to bring it in china because its clothes for a warmer climate.

also what kind of immunazations do we need for asia???
