We are planning a holiday there on 15-June to 22-June, how will be the weather and shopping season?

I don't think so. It would be the beginning of the typhoon season, which may have an influence on the travel. Meanwhile, it may frequently rain, which might spoil your trip. Anyway, the temperature is ok for travel, with the temp range is 25-32C. During Sep. to Nov. it can be good time to travel as well as to shop there.
