flying out of Pudong

i will be travelling from Ningbo by train to Hongqiao train station, i need to get to a hotel close to pudong International as i fly out at 0615 so will need to be at pudong 0415 can you assist with how to get to Pudong from Hongqiao and maybe a contact for a reasonable hotel for our overnight stay
