Hi, from end of July to middle of August, the summer clothes are most saled, with about 50-60%. From end of August to early September, you will get more discount for the summer clothes.  Well, the best travel season is during Nov. to April in the next year, when it is not too hot, not too hot and typhoon will not bother you.
