About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

i a Canadian living in New Brunswick.I need to apply for Chinese visa.

According the web site I should apply to The Montreal Consulate.But I do not speak or read French well enough to contact them.
Can I apply to Ottawa or Toronto office.

Sorry, you have to apply from Consulate General of PRC in Montreal which hold consular jurisdiction of New Brunswick.
