The Certificate of No Marriage or in other words single Certificate is an affidavit written and signed by your relatives, e,g. your parents. Then you need get it approved by notary public and magistrate 1st class then, the Foreign Affairs. Prepare your birth certificate by the way. Both the originals and Chinese translations should then be authenticated by Chinese embassy in Pakistan.
