Notarization of Documents

We have some company documents which have been notarized by Malaysian lawyer. Our counterpart in China requested it to be notarized by the China Embassy/Consular in Malaysia. Can we walk in or appointment is needed to get it done? Office location & who to see? Appreciate your prompt advice.
