manila philippines -- t2 -- t3 of beijing airport amount of time it should take?

My wife to be, and I booked a ticket through this airport not realizing what we had done with the separation of these two terminals.She is going to be taking two checked bags, and two carry on bags, and I was wondering if she will have any trouble getting to her gate with a 7 hour lay over.  Also if you have any step by step advice on what to do in order to get from terminal 2 to terminal 3 as there is so very few advices out there.Any hints or tips would be very much appreciated. Hi, dear. Can you tell me what's her next destination? I mean is it an international to international flight transfer or international to domestic flight transfer at the airport? Anyway, 7 hours are enough.
