About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Iceland -London - Shanghai - Manila

I am a citizen from Philippines, who is having a working visa in Iceland. May I eligible for the visa free transit too. My layover will be 9 hours.

Tyrone, since your layover in China is 9 hours long you do not need any kind of visa because your transit via China will be covered by 24 hour visa free transit. If you do not plan to exit the airport, you will just walk from one to the other gate and you do not need to perform any formality nor will you fill out any forms. Also, you will not be a subject of immigration and customs inspections. You will just encounter a security check between the two gates. Have a nice journey on your journey to Iceland.
