We booked via two different airlines -- Hunnu Air for our Mongolia-Beijing; China Eastern for Beijing-Shanghai-Manila. Originally, the lay over was 23hrs and 40mins. But Hunnu Air moved our flight Mongolia-Beijing 2hr earlier than the original sched. Now, the total period of our lay over became 25hrs and 30mins. Will the Chinese Immigration allow us to stay?

Mi, unfortunately, when your total transit time exceeds 24 hours, you are not eligible for 24 hour visa free transit. You will have to obtain a Chinese transit (G) visa in advance to be allowed to tranist through China. I'm sorry.
