Dec weather in Taiwan

Hi, planning a trip to Taiwan in early Dec...what will be the weather like, lots of rain? I'm worried of earthquakes.....thank you

It is cool and clear with a temperature of 15~20C. There is a little rainfall. Earthquake doesn't happen often there, so do not worry much about it. Anyway, pay attention to the weather forecast and news of the area at that time.
