Plan to visit TW in Dec
1) Is it suitable to visit it in Dec ?

It is suitable to visit it in any time of Dec. It is cool and pleasant with proper temperature and rainfall. It seldom snow there in Dec. You just need to prepare some autumn clothes like full sleeve shirts, jackets and trousers. Travelling there, you should not miss Ali Mountain, Jade Mountain, Sun Moon Lake, National Palace Museum, and Kenting National Park. At that time, you may see red maple leaves at Mt. Ali area.
