Because of my financial dificulities in 2012 I am hoping that the year 2013 will be different for me.  I seem to have lost all interest in helping myself, which is not my personality at all.   I also have chronic back pain due to a disk problem.  I don't know if I should get surgery although it has beed advised by doctors. Any advise would help.
