About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

I'm an Australian citizen, living in UK. Can I apply for a visa on arrival?

I'm planning on staying for 3 weeks with a friend in Shanghai and Beijing.
Can I apply when I arrive?
If not, can i apply here in london?

No, you need to apply in advance. If you are in UK, you can submit your application to the CVASC in London.
