About:Chinese Consulate in New York

I search all your sites did not see you do the notarization for Chinese document.

Does your agency do the notarization work. If do, what is the procedure and how much the fee?
My mother is 96 years old and can not walk. How to extend her PR China pass port?

Hi DSong, about Chinese passport renewal, the information is in Chinese version on their website. As required, applicants should go to the consulate in person, but in your situation, you'd better contact the consular office for further confirmation if you can handle this on her behalf. Documents needed are Application Form for Chinese passport renewal, 4 passport photo, her original passport and copies of information page, extension page, US visa page, the pages with records of leaving china last time and entering US. original and copy of US residence if any. The processing takes about 10 days.
