When in transit can you catch a tour bus to the city and back in about 4 hours in PVG?

To be honest, it is a rush trip during the 4 hours. There is no tour bus from the airport to the city area. If you really want, I suggest you have a experience of the Maglev train from the airport to Longyang Road and then take subway line 2 to the city center area for a short visit.0
