Transit hours in Shanghai Pudong airport.

Hello, I will be trasit in PVG around 7-8 hours before my flight to Bangkok.
Could you please advice if there is any counter for transit tour? With 8 hours free time, where should I visit for sightseeing? What will be the cost?

If I want to travel myself, can you recommend the sightseeing places? and how can I go to there?
