pvg to sha with 45 hours layover, how far is the hongqiao railway station from sha?

I am flying from JFK to PVG, have 4 or 5 hours lay over, airport change from PVG to SHA to fly to Xiamen.  I notice the shuttle bus Line 1 duration is about one hour with the main destination/ stop is Hongqiao Railway Station.  How far is the Hongqiao railway to SHA? Do I need to get a taxi from Hongqiao Railway station to the SHA airport?  What will be the best way to get from PVG to SHA because of the layover is only 4 or 5 hours? Thank you. Mery.

The T2 of SHA is around 10-minute walking from Hongqiao Railway Station. To T1, you can take metro line 10 (6 minutes), no need to take a taxi. By the way, the shuttle bus line 1 has a stop at T2 of SHA. Hurry up and you can catch the flight. Don't worry. :)
