PVG to SHA with 4 or 5 hours layover, how far is the Hongqiao Railway Station from SHA?

I am flying from JFK to PVG, have 4 or 5 hours lay over, airport change from PVG to SHA to fly to Xiamen. I notice the shuttle bus Line 1 duration is about one hour with the main destination/ stop is Hongqiao Railway Station. How far is the Hongqiao railway to SHA? Do I need to get a taxi from Hongqiao Railway station to the SHA airport? What will be the best way to get from PVG to SHA because of the layover is only 4 or 5 hours? Thank you.
