I have an official Invitation letter from Chinese goverment to work in China, Where can I get visa?

they ask me to go back to my own country, Canada to apply there, insted to go there can I get that visa with the invitation in Seoul Korea

In order to apply for a China visa in South Korea, you are required to provide ARC valid for more than 6 momths. So, you can try to apply in HK if you do not want to go back to Canada.
