Taiwan weather in December.

I am going to taiwan on december 2, 2012. May i know how's the weather like? Will there be rain, flood and typhoon? Thanks :-)

December is a nice time for travelling to Taiwan with a nice weather. It is cool and pleasant with a temperature of about 15~20C. There is a little rainfall, and flood and typhoon seldom happen at that time.
