About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

If you are traveling via Hong Kong to Xiamen do you need a Visa we are Sri Lankan passport holders.

You do need a Hk visa even if you will only be in transit and remain on the airside. You need a China visa to Xiamen as well.

Need to know one more thing for Sri Lankan Passport holders for (business) for a conference to China do we need to present the Original invitation letter from the invite?

Yes, you need to provide invitation letter from the inviter for the conference.
