is there a free shuttle from city of dreams to venetian hotel even late hrs.
is macau safe for sightseeing at night.

Venetian Hotel is just at the opposite side of the City of Dreams. It is a walking distance and no need to take bus. It is generally safe for sightseeing in Macau downtown area at night.
