Can I visit great wall from Jinan within 8 hours.How much will take for the tour

You can take the bullet train from Jinan West Station to Beijing South Station in about an hour and a half. After you get out of the railway station, you can go the subway station at Beijing South Railway Station and take the subway line 4 to Xizhimen Station. Then you can walk to Beijing North Railway Station to take the S2 bullet train for Badaling directly. The whole journey will take you about 4 hours to get in Badaling.

In my opinion, you will be in a rush by arranging this kind of journey and you may not have time to enjoy the beautiful scenery on the Great Wall.

I advise you to visit some attractions in Beijing such as the Forbidden City or Summer Place. There are many spots in Beijing or near Beijing and the Great Wall is a little bit far.
