can i visit great wall from jinan within 8 hours.how much will take for the tour

Three of us will be in Jinan for a business visit during 20 and 21 June.After 10.30 a.m on 21st we are free.We would like to see Great wall and other places untill mid night

You can take the bullet train from Jinan West Station to Beijing South Station in about an hour and a half. After you get out of the railway station, you can go the subway station at Beijing South Railway Station and take the subway line 4 to Xizhimen Station. Then you can walk to Beijing North Railway Station to take the S2 bullet train for Badaling directly. The whole journey will take you about 4 hours to get in Badaling.In my opinion, you will be in a rush by arranging this kind of journey and you may not have time to enjoy the beautiful scenery on the Great Wall. I advise you to visit some attractions in Beijing such as the Forbidden City or Summer Place. There are many spots in Beijing or near Beijing and the Great Wall is a little bit far.
